Rob Hall is Senior Vice President and Director of International Trade and Tax Policy. He brings important depth to the Dutko’s ability to work at a high level with moderate Democrats in both chambers.

Prior to joining Dutko, Hall worked at INVISTA, where he served as Managing Director of Global Government Affairs for the leading fibers and polymer resins firm. At INVISTA, he managed a number of international trade, chemical security, and energy issues. Prior to joining INVISTA in 2004, Hall served as a senior lobbyist with Koch Industries, where he oversaw the large privately-held firm’s international trade and tax public policy matters. He currently serves as a key adviser to Third Way on its global trade project and works closely with members of the New Democratic Coalition and the Blue Dog Coalition in the House of Representatives and moderate Democrats in the Senate.

Prior to serving at INVISTA and Koch, Rob was the Vice President, International Trade Counsel, at the National Retail Federation. In that capacity, he served as the retail industry’s key spokesman and strategist on a host of international trade matters, ranging from passage of the NAFTA and GATT trade agreements to China trade issues.

From 1987-1991, Rob served as Legislative Counsel to Senator Sam Nunn (D-Georgia) handling a host of business, education, and tax issues as well as serving as the Senator’s adviser on judicial and ethics matters.

A native of Georgia, Rob earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining Senator Nunn, he practiced law in Savannah, Georgia.
