Fred Dickinson joins Dutko as a Vice President in the Tallahassee office. He brings with him 20-plus years of experience in the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles – where he served as Executive Director.
As a result of his time working for the State, Fred has a vast understanding of statewide agencies in Florida and has built relationships at all levels of government. Before joining the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Fred spent four years practicing law. Prior to that, Fred spent two years with the Associated Industries of Florida. In 1978 he worked for the Florida House Judiciary Committee as a Legislative Research Assistant. Fred holds a BA in Government from Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina and a JD from the Florida State University College of Law.
