Gwen Mannweiler Langley is a Senior Associate at Dutko Worldwide and is based in our Washington, DC office. At Dutko, she works with corporate clients on Dutko's education team, is engaged with clients that are active in Indiana, and works closely with the Republican Governor's Association, ensuring that the firm's clients maximize their experience and membership.

Gwen first came to Washington, DC to serve as a United States Senate Page under Senator Bob Dole. Upon graduating from college, Gwen immediately returned to Washington to serve as a political appointee at the United States Department of Education.

At the Department, Gwen served as a Special Assistant to Deputy Secretary Gene Hickok. While with the Department, Gwen dealt with implementation of the No Child Left Behind legislation. Gwen was then detailed to the G8 Summit in Sea Island, Georgia where she implemented and managed the Summit’s Education Program, youth participation, and education related press.

In 2004, Gwen joined the Bush-Cheney’04 Presidential Campaign where she coordinated Mrs. Bush's Campaign activities including event planning and communication with community leaders and grassroots supporters. Immediately after the campaign, Gwen served Mrs. Bush at the Inaugural Committee where she worked with Bush Friends and Family.

Gwen is a native Hoosier but graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Public Relations and English. She and her husband, Bryan, reside in Washington DC.
