Joshua Ian Rosenstein joined Dutko Worldwide in September 2007, where he serves as Associate General Counsel. In that position, Josh coordinates legal and compliance efforts on behalf of the Company.

Prior to joining Dutko, Josh was an associate attorney with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, LLP and Goodwin Procter, LLP, both in Washington D.C. Josh brings to Dutko years of experience successfully representing clients in a wide range of matters before local, state and federal courts and agencies. Josh recently successfully tried two whistleblower matters before Department of Labor Administrative Law Judges, obtained summary judgment on behalf of management in a class action age discrimination case in federal district court, handled a complex commercial arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce, and successfully argued for summary judgment in federal bankruptcy court on behalf of a major financial services provider. Josh has substantive experience and exposure to a variety of industries, including railroads, long-haul shipping, financial services, and high-tech manufacturing. Additionally, Josh has co-taught employment law at the George Washington University Law School.

Josh holds a B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from Columbia University, and a law degree from the Yale Law School. While in law school, Josh served as Articles Editor of the Yale Law and Policy Review and was a law clerk to the Democratic Staff of the United States Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Technology, Terrorism and Government Information. Josh serves on the Board of Directors of Campaign for a National Majority and is a Fellow of the Ronald H. Brown Center for Politics and Commercial Diplomacy.
