Serving as Senior Vice President, Judy Lemons provides strategic counsel and representation to Dutko Worldwide clients.
A prominent Democrat with over 25 years of legislative and administration experience, Ms. Lemons was most recently a consultant for non-profits based in the San Francisco area. Ms. Lemons retired from her congressional service as Chief of Staff to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, working with the Speaker for over 15 years. In this capacity she not only managed Speaker Pelosi’s legislative office, but also led her history making leadership campaign which culminated in her becoming the first female Speaker of the House.
Well-versed in House procedures and rules, she served on the House Rules Committee for former Rep. Sala Burton (D-CA). Prior to that, Ms. Lemons staffed the Subcommittee on National Parks for Chairman Phillip Burton (D-CA), where she organized hearings on national parks and public lands—sculpting dramatic reforms which preserved the integrity of national parks across the country.
A native of Central Valley in California, Ms. Lemons received her undergraduate degree from Cal State Bakersfield in California and then continued her Masters studies at the University.
