Matt Schrader, a Washington, DC area native, comes to Dutko with an in-depth understanding of how to sell complex information technology solutions into the federal, state and local governments, drawing upon his background in IT, sales, and government relations.

Matt began his working career serving Virginia’s 11th District Congressman Tom Davis, where he represented the House Government Reform Committee before much of the federal contracting community. During his service to Chairman Davis, Matt formed close relationships with executive-level decision makers in both the private and public sectors.

Matt went on to work for LexisNexis Special Services, Inc. (LNSSI), a separate division of LexisNexis that specializes in providing the Federal, State & Local government markets with Risk Management and Enterprise Solutions. There, he helped formulate and execute a marketing strategy which drove sales within the Homeland, Justice, Defense, Intelligence and Healthcare IT communities. While at LexisNexis, Matt was asked to function in multiple roles leveraging his Capitol Hill experience by offering support to the government affairs team while also performing his primary role as an Account Manager.

Immediately prior to joining Dutko Worldwide, Matt worked as an Account Director for the Corporate Executive Board (CEB), a leading business consulting and best practice research firm in Washington, DC.

Matt also performed a short stint at the Republican National Committee and reported for the National Journal during the 2000 Republican National Convention in Philadelphia.

Matt graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.A. in Communication and Information Science.
