Matthew Mincieli works out of Dutko’s Boston office and is a member of the firm’s State & Local team. His efforts on behalf of clients have spanned a wide range of policy issues, including energy, education, healthcare, housing, environment and many others. Matthew’s work has included helping small, local clients address their needs with the Federal government and, conversely, assisting large, national companies with their regional issues on a state-by-state basis.
Matthew’s understanding of how state government operates offers our clients a valuable perspective on crafting strategies that address their needs with local and state officials. He has spent considerable time working for the firm’s clients in the region and possesses an in-depth understanding of how to get things done in the unique world of New England politics.
Before joining Dutko in 2003, Matthew spent three years working in the Massachusetts State House as an aide and policy analyst responsible for the economic, tax and banking issues for the House Republican Leaders’ office. He continues to work closely with the State Legislature and the Governor’s Office.
Matthew graduated college in 2000 with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from James Madison University and currently resides in Boston, MA.
