Phillip Drujak joined Dutko Worldwide in April 2007. He serves as an Associate in our U.S. Federal Affairs practice, bringing a deep understanding of electoral politics on both the state and federal levels.

Prior to joining Dutko Worldwide, Phillip served as the Northeast Deputy Finance Director for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee during the 2006 election cycle. He had previously worked for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) as the Political Director for its Leadership Development Department where he worked with the national leaders of both the College Republican National Committee and the College Democrats of America. Before working for AIPAC, Phillip was the personal aide to Congressman Peter Deutsch (D-FL) during his campaign for United States Senate in 2004. During the campaign, Phillip had the opportunity to travel the state and country in various capacities on behalf of the Congressman. He also worked for former New York State Governor Eliot Spitzer during his re-election campaign for NYS Attorney General in 2002 as a finance associate.

A native Floridian, Phillip graduated in 2003 with a Masters in Political Campaign Management from New York University. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science, with honors, from the University of Florida.
