Roger, who practiced law in Florida before moving to Washington, specializes in telecommunications and appropriations.
He gained a wide variety of experience in the federal government process by serving as Legislative Director for Congressman Clay Shaw (R-FL), as a political appointee in the Administration of President George H.W. Bush, and as Minority and then Majority Counsel of the House Judiciary Committee. On the Judiciary Committee, Roger worked extensively on Liability Reform legislation and the Telecommunications Act of 1996.
Following his government service, Roger was Vice President of Government Relations for the U.S. Telecom Association and Executive Director of Congressional Affairs for US WEST and Qwest Communications. Roger became a Vice President at Dutko Worldwide in 2004. He is a graduate of Emory University.
