As a Senior Vice President of Dutko Worldwide, Lee brings a multifaceted approach to clients based upon his broad experience at both the Federal and State levels.

Previously, Lee was the President and Managing Director of Chesapeake Government Relations, Inc. (CGR), a Maryland based government relations and business development firm that represented clients before federal, state and local governments. Chesapeake Government Relations merged with Dutko in 2006 to give Dutko a prominent presence in Annapolis, MD and to provide CGR clients with Dutko Worldwide’s services and resources.

Prior to launching Chesapeake Government Relations, Lee worked in Washington, D.C. for the government relations practices of various prominent law firms and as a senior executive for a large higher education finance company. Lee has significant experience on Capitol Hill, having served as Majority Counsel for the House Budget Committee and as a senior staff member for the House Education and Labor Committee.

Lee was also a top adviser on the 2002 campaign of Governor Robert Ehrlich (R-MD) and for former Congresswoman Connie Morella (R-MD). He remains an active member of the Republican Governor’s Association Finance Committee.

In addition, as a former volunteer vice president for the Jewish Community Council of Greater Washington and a member of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, Lee helps raise million of dollars from federal, state and local governments for community programs. Lee also serves on the national Leadership Council of the Republican Jewish Coalition and was the founding Chairman of that organization’s Washington, DC area chapter.

Lee received his Bachelor of Arts at Brandeis University and his law degree from Emory University School of Law. He and his wife, Eva, reside in Rockville, Maryland with their three children.
