Will, based in Tallahassee, is a co-founder of Dutko/Poole McKinley. He brings to Dutko Worldwide extensive leadership experience in the Republican Party, Florida state government, and the field of marketing.
Will has built close relationships with state leaders and key policy makers at the Executive and Legislative levels of government while in the Martinez Administration. As Chief of Staff and during his tenure as Executive Director of the Republican Party of Florida, Will contributed to significant Republican gains in United States Congressional, Florida Senate and Florida House seats.
Will was a consultant to both the Republican Party of Florida and the National Republican Congressional Committee. During the Reagan-Bush re-election campaign, he was appointed the Southeastern Florida Regional Director.
He serves on the boards of SOS Children’s Village of Florida and the Mary Brogan Museum.
