| Overview: Dutko's International consultative capabilities serve a wide array of Central Government/Ministry-level needs and requirements for critical infrastructure protection (CIP) strategy, analysis and risk-based prioritization; national infrastructure protection planning and programs (NIPP); providing technical assistance in parliamentary and regulatory statutory framework for NIPP policy; and operational support in execution and life-cycle management of NIPP program implementation. Further, the team supports private sector corporations and multinational/non-governmental organizations with infrastructure protection and resiliency planning. Team members have led international, national and regional CIP and incident management planning, training and exercises on behalf of the U.S. government since the 1990s, to include various national level homeland security and defense programs. They are widely recognized for success in forging critical public-private partnerships across international borders and Ministry boundaries and disciplines to achieve greater levels of collaboration, coordination, and sustained security & resiliency.
