How To Make Your Eyelashes Look Bigger

It is common, especially for women, to pay special attention to eyebrows and eyelashes because they are factors that can enhance the look and bring extra beauty to the face. False eyelashes and products that strengthen and lengthen them are becoming more common in bathrooms and toilets. The number of centers that offer different techniques for plucking eyebrows is increasing. However, eyebrows and eyelashes are more than just an aesthetic element because they fulfill essential functions.

Eyelashes protect the eyes “up close.” They arise from the edges of the eyelids and protect the eye from bacteria and other external agents. In this case, the function against the sun is even more critical than in the eyebrows because they filter the radiation, and without them, the eyes would be constantly irritated. Besides, there are alternatives to protect the eyes from the sun.

Eyelashes have a structure very similar to that of hair. They start from follicles and are made up of keratin flakes, which gives them strength and flexibility. Their follicles grow (albeit very slowly), undergo a maturation period, and fall out, just as hair does. However, when they fall out, eyelashes take about ten weeks to grow back and develop and usually have a lifespan of about five months. On the upper eyelid, we can have about 200 eyelashes, while on the lower eyelid, there are about 80.

If you are one of those lucky ones who have dream eyelashes, surely making them look longer doesn’t keep you awake at night, but don’t go away! Here’s a tip for you, did you know that online, you can find a mascara kit that will allow you to make them look darker and lasts 28 days? Yes, it’s true. Can you imagine not worrying about the appearance of your eyelashes for 28 days by applying makeup just once?

On the other hand, if you are one of those who are not so lucky and have to resort to false eyelashes, gadgets, tips, tricks, and remedies to grow your eyelashes and make them look longer and thicker, read on, here are some tips to achieve it.

Before resorting to any makeup tricks, it is necessary to coat your eyelashes in the right way. Start by giving small and soft “squeezes” from the root of your eyelashes, and little by little, go up until you reach the tips. To make the process easier, heat your eyelash curler with a blow dryer and wait about 5 seconds to use it.

You can create the illusion of more lashes with the help of a black or dark brown eyeliner. The trick is to fill in the thin line spaces where the lashes are born with eyeliner. Not from the top as we usually do, but right between each one of them. It’s a time-consuming process, and you may end up stinging your eye more than once, but you’ll notice an incredible difference.

If you have few and fragile eyelashes, don’t despair, there is a straightforward trick to make them look thicker and full of volume. Just apply a little translucent powder to your eyes and lashes before applying mascara. This way, when you swipe the brush, the powder particles will also be made up and create the illusion of thicker lashes.

Use an excellent volumizing mascara kit that is not old so that it does not leave clumps (keep in mind that you are going to apply more than one coat). Also, I recommend that you combine it with another mascara with a brush to lengthen the lashes and, optionally, with an eyelash curler (or a third curling mascara).

When you start, apply the mascara with the brush from the lashes’ root to the tips. Repeat the process three times and do it again from the top and bottom. This will give them volume. Be careful not to create clumps; it is better to be more delicate and take more time.
