- AASHIRVAAD Atta – 1 Cup
- AASHIRVAAD Svasti Pure Cow Ghee – ½ Cup
- Granulated Sugar – 1 Cup
- Cashews, Almonds and Pistachios – 1 Tbsp each
- Water – 2 Cups
How to make Delicious Wheat Halwa Recipe
- Roast the whole wheat flour with pre-heated ghee. Use a large kadhai
- Keep roasting the whole wheat flour and ghee until it turns fragrant and golden, and begins to release the ghee.
- Take the sugar and water and prepare a thick sugar syrup. Once the syrup comes to boil, add it to the kadai with the roasted whole wheat flour.
- Stir slowly and carefully but vigorously until both are mixed well. Make sure no lumps are formed. You can add the cashews, almonds and pistachios to the Halwa at this stage. Roast the nuts in ghee beforehand for a better crunchiness and aroma.
- Keep stirring until the halwa obtains a thick consistency, and then take it off the flame.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
