Webcam jobs aren’t for everybody since they come with 3 big “disadvantages”, as you will see below. The first two of the three points on our list never apply to any “normal” job, so you wouldn’t know how to handle them if you decided to enter the modeling agency world. - You will make too much money. Webcam jobs are extremely well paid and this is a fact, we are not just saying it to entice you. You can earn up to 10.000 dollars or even 20.000 dollars per month, if you work hard and do your best. Compared to ordinary jobs, making so much money every month is a “problem” since you wouldn’t know on what to spend it first.
If you would opt for a normal 9 to 5 job, everything would be clear: about half of the money would be spent on rent, food and utility, about a quarter would be saved, and you would have to live from the remaining quarter. However, if you take on webcam jobs, you will be able to buy an apartment or a house, the sports car of your dreams, all the clothes and makeup products you want, as well as an exotic vacation once or twice a year.
Furthermore, you will still have money to go out to fancy restaurants every night or at least once or twice a week, and also help your closest family members and friends, if they ask you for it.
- You will have too much free time. Another big “disadvantage” of webcam jobs, compared to normal professions, is that the work schedule is flexible. Therefore, instead of waking up every morning at 7, making a cup of coffee in a hurry and eating just half a sandwich because you have to commute with thousands of other people, you can take your time.
In webcam jobs, as long as you work 40 hours a week, you can choose your own schedule, depending on the other things you have to do. This way, it will seem that you have much more free time in which you can do whatever you want. However, you will never get bored since you can afford to do anything you want.
- You won’t even have to undress. What do you mean you won’t have to undress while performing webcam jobs? That’s right! If you opt to work in a non-adult cam studio, the only thing you have to do is talk to members in order to convince them to spend as much time as possible in the conversation. However, this might not be as easy as you think since it involves communication skills, as well as empathy and the ability to put yourself in members’ shoes.
