Mexican shredded cheese is a combination of the four best kinds of cheeses – Natural cheddar, Monterey Jack, Asadero, and Queso Quesadilla. This blend is designed to melt on anything hot and give the perfect texture and taste to any dish.

Mexican cheeses are versatile, and they are not just limited to Mexican cuisines or Tex-Mex cuisines. They complement South Asian foods also.

The South Asian cuisineis colourful and spicy like Mexican cuisine. South Asian foods are flavoured with many types of chili, black pepper, cloves, and other herbs and spices along with butter. Turmeric and cumin are also often used to make Asian dishes.

The Mexican Shred Blend can help give the perfect balance to a South Asian dish. Here are some of the dishes that go well with Mexican cheeses:

    Asian Chicken Wraps

The first time I ate wraps was when I was on vacation, and it has become one of my go-to lunches ever since. When I was back home, I really missed Asian chicken wraps. Thankfully, they are super easy to make at home, so now I can enjoy them whenever I want.

Asian chicken wraps are a simple yet super delicious South Asian dish. It also makes for a healthy lunch – tortillas filled with chicken, onions, tomato, coriander, and shredded cheese.

    Kimchi Fried Rice

Kimchi fried rice is a popular dish in Korea, and I love it. The best part of kimchi fried rice is you can throw in whatever ingredients you have available. Any vegetable or meat will work; all you have to do is dice them and add them to your fried rice.

For kimchi fried rice, there are only three ingredients that are a must – spicy kimchi juice, rice, and shredded cheese – the other ingredients I use are only according towhat I have in the kitchen.

    Korean Corn Cheese

Korean corn cheese is a dish made of sweet corn and cheese put together in a casserole style. It is seasoned with a bit of sugar and some mayonnaise. Making corn cheese is easy and is perfect for a snack.

For most people who love Korean dishes, ordering corn cheese whenever they visit aKorean restaurant is a must. But during quarantine youmight have a craving for corn cheese. Not to worry, you can easily make this at your home. Grab some corn, cheese, and spices and bake it together; you are done.

    Masala Dosa

Masala Dosa is a South Indian dish made using fermented rice and lentil batter. Masala Dosa is often stuffed with potatoes and spices. These crispy crepes are addictive and delicious.

It is fairly simple to make, and you only need very few ingredients that can be easily available at home.

    Katti Rolls

Katti rolls or Kathi rolls is Indian street food, basically available in four different flavours – paneer, vegetable, chicken, and egg. Katti roll is healthy, stomach-filling, and simply delicious.

It is a tortilla wrapped with seasoned vegetables. Just like burritos, you can top them with shredded cheese and bake them for a while. Shredded cheese adds a cheesy twist to the Katti rolls.
